New Art Room / Dining Room, Villa Maria Education Center, Stamford, CT

We built an addition for a new Art Room and Dining Room to an existing education center for children with special education needs. The project also included new monumental entrances, renovated offices, and installation of an elevator in the existing attached convent. The building enhances the existing motifs using the arched porticos as inspiration. This way the division between old and new is difficult to discern. Built 1997: 5,000 sf addition; 3,000 sf alteration; $800,000.
